Delete your U;Good? account
You can permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it. There is no fee, and you don't need to reinstall the app to do it.
Delete inside the app
- Open U;Good? and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
This is the quickest way to delete your account if you can still sign in.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address connected to your Google, Apple, or email sign-in. Include your U;Good? username if you know it.
Request account deletionWe may ask you to verify you own the account. We will never ask for your Apple or Google password, verification codes, or recovery keys.
What happens next
- Your profile, mood history, check-ins, and account data are deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days.
- You are removed from every Circle and Space you belonged to. U;Good? has no feed or posts, so nothing is left behind for other members to see.
- Limited records may be retained where required for legal, safety, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
